When a citizen in your district contacts your office(s) with a specific question about action(s) you've taken as their District Representative,
a) Should your office staff answer the question?
if so,
b) How long should the constituent expect to wait for the answer?

Examples of such questions:
"Which earmarks did you sponsor in upcoming bill HR5555?"
"How did you vote, in the voice vote on the Z Rule in the caucus meeting held on [date]?"
